Tiri Mediterranean Cheese

Halloumi is a sheep and goat’s milk cheese believed to have roots in the Mediterranean, specifically Greece and Cyprus. Because of It’s high melting point, it is best enjoyed grilled, fried or seared. A logo was developed featuring a tiger jumping through a burning fire emanating from an ancient torch for Tiri’s foray into packaged halloumi to highlight both its method of preparation and its ancient past. Through a trial by fire, and like the cheese itself, the tiger reaches its full potential as it earns its stripes through the flames.
